Robert Conlee
President and CEO
Robert Conlee is XANGO's President and CEO. He joined the company in October 2008.
Robert began his executive and management experience in the direct sales industry in 1990, working primarily at Nu Skin Enterprises. Among other responsibilities he was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Chief Operating Officer of the Pharmanex nutritional division, which accounts for nearly half of Nu Skin’s annual revenue. Robert also served as President of Nu Skin Japan, Nu Skin’s largest market, and President-North Asia Region, where he was responsible for more than $600 million in annual sales and worked with several hundred thousand active distributors.
Robert has earned an MBA and a BA in Japanese. Robert served as a member of the board for the JDSA, a voting member of the American Chamber of Commerce in Japan and currently serves on an advisory board in his local city government. He and his wife, Stephanie, are the parents of four children. When he’s not advancing the XANGO brand worldwide, Robert enjoys golfing, surfing and skiing.
Alex Treharne
Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific
Alex Treharne is XANGO's Sr. Vice President, Asia Pacific Region. He joined the company in January 2010.
Alex Treharne has worked in the direct selling industry for nearly two decades and has spent fifteen of those years working in Asia. Alex began his career at Nu Skin Enterprises where he held numerous executive management positions, including Division Vice President, Vice President, Strategic Planning and Marketing, Nu Skin Japan and COO, Nu Skin Japan. Alex was then recruited by Tupperware Brands Corporation to serve as the President and Managing Director of Japan Tupperware. Alex also served as a board member of the Japan Direct Selling Association.
Alex received degrees in Philosophy and Japanese literature from Brigham Young University. Alex and his wife Erika are the parents of four children and together they enjoy scuba diving, snowboarding, and eco-tourism.
Beverly Hollistert
Senior Vice President
For more than three decades, Beverly Hollister has passionately pursued health and wellness, successfully producing and marketing several best-selling brands in the direct sales industry. The pinnacle of her pursuit is XANGO's latest category creator: Glimpse® Topical Skin Nutrition.
Through Beverly’s leadership, XANGO is changing the personal care industry with a conscious focus on a clean, safe and high-performing mangosteen-based personal care brand that is free of the harmful toxins and chemicals found in most leading brands.
When she’s not launching major brands, Beverly devotes her time to work with the women of XANGO to help them succeed. Hollister is also committed to the business community as a member of the American Management Association, the National Association for Female Executives, Lexington Who’s Who, and Cosmetic Executive Women. For her efforts, she has been recognized, most recently in Utah Business Magazine as a Woman to Watch.
Brian Baxter
Vice President of Corporate Services
Brian is XANGO's Vice President of Corporate Services. He joined XANGO in January 2006.
In his role, Brian is currently focused on operations in XANGO's growing CIS Region while also managing the transition of his previous areas of responsibility over the Distributor Call Center, global Human Resources operations, Corporate Security, and Mail Services.
Prior to joining XANGO, Brian worked for Intel Corporation where he most recently managed a team of project managers supporting the company’s global internal contact/call center. Brian also managed the group responsible for providing human capital research and recommendations for Intel’s worldwide expansion initiatives in India, the Philippines, Ireland, and Malaysia. Additionally, Brian fulfilled an overseas assignment overseeing Intel’s staffing operations in Malaysia. Prior to his experience at Intel, Brian worked for one of the largest banks in the country in Charlotte, NC. During his time there, he led the employee backroom operations which included a staff of 130 who were responsible for human resources policy, payroll and benefits administration for over 70,000 employees.
Brian holds an AA degree in Liberal Arts from Long Beach City College, a BA degree in History from Brigham Young University, and an MPA degree from the University of Utah. He is also active in his community having served the city of Alpine, Utah as Chairman of the Board of Adjustments and as a member of the Planning Commission.
In his spare time, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and four children. He enjoys reading, fishing, and playing golf.
Daniel Laroque
President XANGO CIS
Daniel (better known as Dany) Laroque is the President of XANGO CIS. He joined the company in 2009 and was instrumental in bringing the XANGO opportunity to Russia, the Ukraine and Kazakhstan. In his new position on the CXO, Daniel will represent XANGO's emerging CIS markets and ensure the proper resources are aligned to drive strong growth over the long-term.
Over the past 25 years, Dany has dedicated his professional life to executive management in Europe. In 1994, after achieving his own professional success, he decided to devote his talents and efforts to teaching others how to attain success, achieve their goals and improve their lifestyle through network marketing. During the past 16 years, he has been instrumental in helping many companies open and develop new markets – impacting tens of thousands of lives through the business opportunity.
He strongly believes that success in life must be shared with others! His great experience and knowledge in management, sales and promotions, international markets, logistic, and financial institutions, makes him a valuable asset to XANGO and enables him to vigorously lead the company in Russia and the other CIS Countries.
Larry Macfarlane
Chief Marketing Officer
Larry Macfarlane joined XANGO in January 2009 to lead the strategic branding and marketing strategies that will help the company continue to increase global market share and support its one million distributors’ success. In this position, he oversees XANGO's Web marketing, creative, public relations and brand marketing disciplines.
A strategic guru and highly effective global marketer and businessman, Larry brings to the position nearly 25 years of business with a reputation for developing and directing successful global business and marketing initiatives. Larry’s previous experience includes four years as a Division President at Nu Skin Enterprises, where he was responsible for developing new distributor opportunities and enhancing brand value. Most recently, he led all aspects of marketing as Chief Marketing Officer for MontaVista Software in Silicon Valley.
Drawing upon his experience and strategic skills, Larry is focusing XANGO's marketing efforts on highlighting the unique XANGO opportunity to drive recruiting, reinforcing the company culture and developing and launching new innovative and category-creating products that will continue to set XANGO apart from the competition.
Larry and his wife have four children and one grandchild. Larry is an avid outdoors enthusiast and enjoys spending time in nature with his family.
Michelle Wilson
General Counsel
Michelle Wilson is XANGO's General Counsel. She joined the company in September 2005
Our legal department protects our company and its brand in markets around the world. Michelle has played a key role for the past 4 ½ years in helping to develop and execute an effective legal strategy as XANGO continues to launch new products and expand into new international markets.
Since becoming XANGO General Counsel in the Fall of 2008, Michelle has continued to provide strong leadership and to offer strategic counsel to XANGO's Board and executives. She is also a respected member of XANGO's executive management team, providing seasoned counsel as we develop and implement our global growth strategy.
In addition to her leadership at XANGO, Michelle is a well respected member of Utah’s legal community. She has served on the Mountainwest Board of the Association of Corporate Counsel, and from 2007-2008, Michelle served, as a Governor Huntsman appointment, on the Fourth District Judicial Nominating Commission, which selects nominees for judicial vacancies in the Fourth Judicial District. She brings a combined 16 years of legal experience to XANGO, having spent 10 years in private practice as an associate attorney and as a partner at Aldrich, Nelson, Weight, & Esplin.
Nate Brown
Chief Financial Officer
Nate Brown is XANGO's Chief Financial Officer. He has been with the company since 2004, during which time Nate has held several key executive positions that have facilitated XANGO's strong international growth.
In his current responsibilities, Nate oversees XANGO's global finance and accounting departments while also directing the company’s global growth strategy with regard to manufacturing, distribution and Information Technology. Over the past several years, Nate has been instrumental in building the company’s financial systems as well as streamlining XANGO's supply chain to ensure the highest quality of XANGO's products. Additionally, he has overseen XANGO's continuous improvement in providing on-time delivery to its global customers from more than 25 operating centers across several continents. He has led strategic committees, influencing every aspect of XANGO's growth with particular regard to corporate international structures.
Nate holds a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Accountancy. Nate has over twelve years experience with the large international accounting, tax, consulting, and financial firms Arthur Andersen, KPMG and Fidelity Investments. Nate enjoys snow skiing, cycling, rock climbing, and playing soccer with his family.
Scott Smith
Sr. VP of Distributor Relations / GM of US & Canada
Scott Smith is Senior Vice President and General Manager, U.S./Canada and has been at XANGO for 4 years. In his role, Scott utilizes his many years of executive experience at the company, across several disciplines, to support aggressive growth initiatives for North America and help our Distributors reach their potential for success.
His past experience has given Scott an intimate knowledge of the business practices of XANGO's Distributors, a familiarity gained by traveling frequently over the past few years to support XANGO's field leaders. Having been instrumental in collaborating with Distributor leaders to enhance the company’s field training program, Scott is focusing his team on providing legendary customer service as a key value.
Prior to this position, Scott oversaw various functions at XANGO including Customer Service, Elite Services, Recognition, Events, Market Research and Distributor Training. Scott has also served as XANGO's Chief Information Officer.
Before joining XANGO in January 2006, his experience in the information technology field was coupled with substantial experience in the direct selling industry. Scott has directed the successful completion of over 50 enterprise system implementations for companies in the direct selling industry.
Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Behavior and a Master of Business Administration degree. Scott and his wife, Marsha, have four children.
